The delicately tapered legs and highly figured curly maple drawer fronts of this side table are a nod to the Federal era of American furniture, near the beginning of the 19th century. The primary wood is river birch, which provides an red amber glow to frame the golden maple. Aged brass ring pulls complement the diminutive double drawer fronts. The top measure 15" wide, 20" long, and 26" tall. This piece would look equally at home beside a bed or a living room sofa.
